"Dujjonku(두쫀쿠)" = 'Dubai Chocolate Cookie'🍪
If you’ve been scrolling through Korean social media lately, you’ve probably seen a green, crunchy, and chocolatey dessert taking over everyone's feed.
It's called "Dujjonku"—a Korean twist on the viral Dubai chocolate flavors.
The hype is insane. People are doing "open-runs" (waiting before the shop opens) just to snag one, and most cafes are sold out by noon.
I finally got my hands on one😇, and honestly? One is not enough. You’ll immediately want two more.

🗺️ Why Busan is the Place for Dujjonku
Lucky for me, Busan is a cafe heaven.!
Because we have so many independent bakeries and trendy cafes (especially in areas like Jeonpo),
it's actually a bit easier to track these down here compared to Seoul.
If you're hunting for this viral treat, Busan is your best bet!

🍫 The Secret: Crunchy vs. Chewy
So, what exactly is a Dujjonku?
Imagine the perfect balance of two opposite worlds: Pistachio and Chocolate.
The Inside: It’s stuffed with rich pistachio paste and Kadayif (super thin, crunchy noodles) that give it an addictive "crunch."
The Outside: It’s wrapped in a thick layer of chewy chocolate marshmallow.

When you pull it apart,
the marshmallow stretches beautifully, but when you bite in, the Kadayif crackles.
It is dangerously addictive.
My advice? Don't even think about the calories. Just enjoy the moment!😎
🍓 New Flavors are Coming!
The trend is moving fast.
Beyond the original pistachio, I'm starting to see Strawberry and Almond versions popping up in Busan's cafes.
I haven’t tried the others yet, but if you’re a first-timer, I highly recommend starting with the Original Pistachio.
I’m actually headed back out today to find another one!
Yes, they are a bit pricey for their size, but the unique texture is worth every won.
